Birthday Parties.

The facilities located at the RDMES site in Rosehill Victoria Park are now available for hire in connection with birthday parties and other private functions. Facilities will include.Access to the Site.Free car parking.Hire of the engine(s) and carriages. “Green dragon”, petrol hydraulic loco “Victoria Rose” steam locomotive Or alternative steam locomotiveProvision of staff to operate the trains.Provision of tables and chairs.Provision of Gazebo.Customer to provide all food and drink.Hire Charges.Price for a 2 hour hire is One Hundred Pounds - £100 operating as follows:Petrol Hydraulic Loco and carriages operating on ground level track "Wren" Steam Loco ( or substitute ) and carriages operating on raised trackBoth Locos will operate simultaneouslyTerms and Conditions.1. A non refundable deposit of £30 per booking is required. ( see note 5 below )2. Balance to be paid on the day.3. A minimum of 1 adult for every 6 children with an absolute minimum of 2 adults.4. Acceptance of this booking is on the understanding that the children obey any instructions given to them by the operating staff at all times. This is especially important when riding on the trains or in their vicinity. We would expect the adults in the party to keep their party in order at all times.5. In the event of inclement weather we will still operate unless cancelled by the customer. If the customer cancels due to inclement weather or illness we would require to be notified at least 3 hours prior to the booked start time.
