Thank you for visiting our new Internet site. As an up-to-date Society, we want to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with the Society. By checking out this website on a regular basis, you will be kept up to date on the activities of the Society. The Society headquarters and track are situated in Victoria Park, sometimes known as Rosehill Park, in the township of Rawmarsh, near Rotherham in South Yorkshire. You can find us by following the directions shown on the location page.

The facilities provided include workshopfacilities, a triple gauge ( 3.5", 5" and 7.25" )raised track and a 7.25" gauge ground leveltrack and a portable gauge one track.Picture shows Wren on ground level trackovertaking the Homeside on the raised track.

The track, locos and coaches in Rosehill Park, are also available for hire for private functions e.g. Birthday Parties.

The Society also has a 7.25" portable track made up of 20 eight foot long sections that can be used at outside events as required. A number of outside events are scheduled for 2012, see events diary for details.Picture shows the Wren running on the portable track at Elsecar Heritage Centre.

Occasional meetings are held at the Ship Inn, Kilnhurst, Rotherham and on occasions at other venues, see meetings diary for details.
