Rotherham & District Model Engineers Society
This section covers the visit of the Mayor and Mayoress of Rotherham to officially
open the ground level track and to name the petrol hydraulic locomotive. Also
includes the visit by the children of Ryecroft Infants School.
This section covers details of month by month passengers carried in Victoria
Rosehill Park for 2013 and 2014. It also covers birthday parties held throughout the
same period.
This section covers events carried out for Sheffield CC in Graves Park, Weston Park
and the Sheffield Xmas lights switch on during the period 2012 to 2014.
This section covers events carried out at other venues namely Tankersley, Beighton,
Maltby, Lowedges and Rotherham Town Centre during the period 2012 to 2014.
This section is a time line showing the progress of various projects during the
period 2011 to 2014. It includes completion of the ground level track outer loop,
landscaping and the turntable.
This section is a time line showing the progress in the modification and
construction of rolling stock. It includes the wheelchair carriage, construction and
fitting of a new Wren copper boiler, upgrading of the petrol hydraulic locomotive
and construction of a Co-Co diesel hydraulic locomotive.
